Retaining Organisational Knowledge
I'm currently writing a piece for a client about retaining organisational knowledge from a Quality Perspective. 'Organisational Knowledge' is a new addition in the 2015 ISO9001 standard, and as yet I haven't seen it challenged much as a Quality Management Systems Certification auditor.
In my searches for known methods of retaining organisational knowledge, I came across this fascinating article about retaining older workers as mentors. I'd love to hear more on how others propose to identify and retain 'organisational knowledge'.
